Excavating
Local Talent

With thousands of hungry entrepreneurs graduating from local colleges and universities, it is imperative that millennials identify T‑REX as the support needed to grow their startup. Graduates have started the trend of moving to downtown areas, with their siren songs of low-rent buildings and historic charms. Our aim is to continue this pattern.

Triangles

A Scholarly Exchange

T-REX partners with several area schools to increase awareness of who we are among students, researchers and educators. These men and women are plugged directly into a bustling business environment. In turn, we give the institutions free memberships to keep a flow of fresh blood and creativity pumping. In fact, professors often use our open spaces for remote classes, hackathons, job fairs and other events focused on retaining university-produced talent in St. Louis.
